Refund policy
We have a 30-day Repair or Replace Policy, which means the 30 days after receiving your item it is our responsibility to ensure that it is a quality product functioning in quality condition.
If during the 30 days you encounter a problem with your product; don't worry we have a network of certified technicians on staff that can assist you.
Simply take the following steps.
1. Contact us at capitalrestaurantsupply@gmail.com to inform us of your problem.
2. A representative will then from there tell you the best way to proceed.
If the problem still can't be resolved your product will be replaced with a product of equal or more value.
You are not entitled a refund as long as the above mention actions are being followed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED ITEMS and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
If for some reason you would like to return your item, please contact us with the reason you desire to return your item.If approved, you are responsible for paying return shipping or delivering the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
Restocking Fee: All Customers who return items must pay a 20% restocking fee. The total is 20% of the product price excluding taxes and shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
