The APW EG-36S electric griddle is great for cooking bacon, pancakes, and burgers on its 36-inch-wide by 19.5-inch-deep cooking surface. Its plate is 0.75 inches thick for even heating and quick recovery times when new product is placed on it. Made of smooth polished steel, the plate is durable and simple to clean. For additional strength, this unit's sides and back are made of aluminized steel, while the front and top skirt are constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

With three individually controlled sections, the APW EG-36S countertop griddle enables multiple foods to be cooked at once. It includes a snap-action thermostat that enables temperature adjustment from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and because this is a countertop unit, it measures 36 inches wide by 28.5 inches deep by 15.5 inches high to take up minimal space. Mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, this griddle can be stabilized on uneven surfaces.
