Featuring PVC-coated wire shelves in its left, right, and center sections, the True TWT-72-ADA-HC worktop refrigerator offers plenty of storage space. Each shelf includes four chrome-plated clips and can be adjusted in ¹⁄₂-inch increments. The refrigerator has a temperature holding range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its energy-efficient refrigeration system provides uniform temperatures using electronically commutated fan motors, which produce minimal heat and reduce energy use. Located in the back, the condensing unit slides out for user-friendly maintenance.

Resulting in improved performance and lengthened lifespan, the compressor’s fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds at the start of each cycle. Blowing air toward the condensing coil helps remove any dust collected on the coil so it can function more efficiently. Though this technology helps with coil operation, it shouldn't function as a replacement for regular preventive maintenance. 

The True TWT-72-ADA-HC worktop refrigerator's three self-closing doors swing within cabinet dimensions and include a 90-degree, stay-open feature. Each door comes with a 12-inch-long recessed handle fused with a sheet metal interlock. Their magnetic door gaskets have a simple construction and can be snapped out of the frame for cleaning. Made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back, the unit is suitable for commercial use. Its backsplash and top are constructed from one piece to prevent food buildup in crevices. The interior is made of clear-coated aluminum liner and insulated with polyurethane.
